2. Late Cancellation/No-Show: In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost applies.
3. Exceptional Circumstances: Emergencies happen and we’re here to help. If you face a genuine emergency preventing you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Arrival Time: Arriving 10 minutes early ensures you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect others’ appointments.
